Chocolate Date Brownie Bites

These Chocolate Date Brownie Bites are the perfect bite-sized treat when you want something chocolatey and satisfying. No-bake, rich, fudgy and delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup dates (medjool dates are best) if using non-medjool dates, soak them in hot water for 5 minutes and drain
  • 1/2 cup oat flour add 1 tbsp if mixture is too sticky
  • 3-4 tbsp honey or maple syrup depending on your preferred sweetness
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips for coating
  • 1 pinch salt

Equipment

  • food processor or blender

Directions
 

  1. Soak dates for 5 minutes in hot water
  2. Add all ingredients except chocolate chips into a blender or food processor and blend until a smooth. If the mixture is sticky, add 1 tbsp of oat flour and blend.
  3. Roll mixture into small balls and chill in fridge for 20 minutes
  4. Melt dark chocolate in microwave - stirring every 30 seconds until chocolate is melted
  5. Dip brownie bites into melted chocolate and sprinkle with salt
  6. Chill in fridge for 20 minutes, or until chocolate is hardened
