- Soak dates for 5 minutes in hot water
- Add all ingredients except chocolate chips into a blender or food processor and blend until a smooth. If the mixture is sticky, add 1 tbsp of oat flour and blend.
- Roll mixture into small balls and chill in fridge for 20 minutes
- Melt dark chocolate in microwave - stirring every 30 seconds until chocolate is melted
- Dip brownie bites into melted chocolate and sprinkle with salt
- Chill in fridge for 20 minutes, or until chocolate is hardened
