Chocolate Date Brownie Bites

These Chocolate Date Brownie Bites are the perfect bite-sized treat when you want something chocolatey and satisfying. No-bake, rich, fudgy and delicious!

Equipment

  • food processor or blender

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup dates (medjool dates are best) if using non-medjool dates, soak them in hot water for 5 minutes and drain
  • 1/2 cup oat flour add 1 tbsp if mixture is too sticky
  • 3-4 tbsp honey or maple syrup depending on your preferred sweetness
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips for coating
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • Soak dates for 5 minutes in hot water
  • Add all ingredients except chocolate chips into a blender or food processor and blend until a smooth. If the mixture is sticky, add 1 tbsp of oat flour and blend.
  • Roll mixture into small balls and chill in fridge for 20 minutes
  • Melt dark chocolate in microwave - stirring every 30 seconds until chocolate is melted
  • Dip brownie bites into melted chocolate and sprinkle with salt
  • Chill in fridge for 20 minutes, or until chocolate is hardened
