These Chocolate Date Brownie Bites are the perfect bite-sized treat when you want something chocolatey and satisfying. No-bake, rich, fudgy and delicious!

Ingredients
1 1/2cupdates (medjool dates are best) if using non-medjool dates, soak them in hot water for 5 minutes and drain
1/2cupoat flouradd 1 tbsp if mixture is too sticky
3-4tbsphoney or maple syrupdepending on your preferred sweetness
2tbspcocoa powder
2tbsppeanut butter
1cupdark chocolate chipsfor coating
1pinchsalt
Instructions
Soak dates for 5 minutes in hot water
Add all ingredients except chocolate chips into a blender or food processor and blend until a smooth. If the mixture is sticky, add 1 tbsp of oat flour and blend.
Roll mixture into small balls and chill in fridge for 20 minutes
Melt dark chocolate in microwave - stirring every 30 seconds until chocolate is melted
Dip brownie bites into melted chocolate and sprinkle with salt
Chill in fridge for 20 minutes, or until chocolate is hardened
